Herbal Chai Tea Latte

Written by Jacquie Chamberlain

I found this chai tea last fall while I was visiting my family in Maine, and fell in love. Chaga, the base of this tea, is a medicinal mushroom that grow on birch trees that’s known for its antioxidant level and support to the immune system,

Because it’s made without the black tea,¬†this latte will give you all of the spice of traditional chai without the spike of caffeine making it perfect for an end-of-the-day treat.¬†Warm and creamy makes it like a big hug whenever you need it!

If you use your favorite chai tea that does have caffeine, do be careful having it before bed.
