Hemp Seed Tabouli

I love this meal. It only uses five ingredients and takes less than 2 minutes to make. Raw food at its simplest. Perfect after a long day in the office or ideal as a travel snack.

It’s also a skin beautifying dish. The hemp seeds contain the ideal ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fats and these fats help keep the skin supple and soft. They also inhibit an enzyme that causes wrinkles. Who wouldn’t want that?

Heirloom tomatoes are one of summer’s greatest bounties. Delicately sweet and ripe with richness, these tomatoes contain lycopene, a fat soluble antioxidant, which helps shield the skin from sun damage.

Parsley kicks up your detoxification pathways helping clear old toxins, hormones and neurotransmitters from the body.  This means a cleaner more vibrant version of you!

As always, this meal is gluten and dairy-free.
