Warmed Chia Pudding with Pear

As the temperature in New York begins to drop, don’t let it drag down your mood and energy too. Think of vibrant, warm and nourishing foods to uplift the spirit on even the coldest of days.

Warm chia seed pudding is the prescription. These magical little seeds contain a plethora of fiber, omega 3 and protein – making it the perfect breakfast to sharpen your mental acuity and welcome the day with beauty and ease.

3 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk, heated
sprinkle of cinnamon
sprinkle of nutmeg
sprinkle of ginger
vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
1 pear, chopped


Combine chia seeds and warmed almond milk and stir vigorously. Mix in cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Set aside for five minutes until chia seeds swell. Lastly add the chopped pear and enjoy!
