Warmed Chia Pudding with Pear

Warm chia seed pudding is the prescription. These magical little seeds contain a plethora of fiber, omega 3 and protein – making it the perfect breakfast to sharpen your mental acuity and welcome the day with beauty and ease.

Ingredients

3 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk, heated
sprinkle of cinnamon
sprinkle of nutmeg
sprinkle of ginger
vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
1 pear, chopped

Instructions

Combine chia seeds and warmed almond milk and stir vigorously. Mix in cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Set aside for five minutes until chia seeds swell. Lastly add the chopped pear and enjoy!
